What was the highlight of Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan
Good value for money in a nice hotel.
Received a free upgrade to superior twin upon booking. The room is huge for HK standards, and it was very well designed, with the toilet and shower being separate. It was also very clean and the beds were great. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to/from Kwai Hing MTR station (from where you can walk 10 mins to Metro Plaza shopping center), so it's very convenient and does a bit to offset the hotel location.
The walls can be quite thin, so your sleep may be disrupted by other occupants. The elevator is also quite slow (especially when only one of them is working) so you may have to wait up to 5 mins for it. Finally, it is in an industrial area, so you will have to take care when making your way to the hotel.

Good
Сlean and very spacious room (for Hong Kong), friendly staff. 7-Eleven and bus station nearby, MTR in 17 minutes walk. Not too far from airport, we arrived at late evening and it was nice to have a rest after flight without long way to hotel. Good room service, cleaning, new towels and bottled water every day. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi.
Air conditioner doesn't operate in 'heat' mode, first night it was quite cold in the room, not a big problem - staff kindly provided the heater. All the time there was a noise from ventilation system inside the room, not that loudy to feel bad but loud enough to annoy. It would be very nice to have complimentary teabags and coffee in room, especially in winter.

I enjoyed my stay and it was really value for money.
Housekeeping requests were met very quickly. Room was tidied well.
The toilet should have a bidet. The hotel was in an industrial area.
